Purchasing a license grants you the rights specified in that license only. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying work, nor does it grant any rights beyond those explicitly stated in the License Agreement.
All purchases on ostinat.com are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment and merchant-of-record platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy.
As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing. Ostinat does not store your payment details at any point.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by Lemon Squeezy depending on your location.
Given the digital nature of the product, you expressly agree that licenses are non-refundable once a download has been accessed, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at info@ostinat.com within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it.
Refund requests unrelated to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
